About Us
Welcome to Adorable Steps Childcare Limited, we are a privately owned day nursery located at Marlborough Street Community Centre, Oldham, OL4 1EG, approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Oldham Library and 3 minutes’ walk from Green hill academy. Our Day Nursery is registered with OFSTED to provide high-quality childcare for children aged two to five years old. We also offer after school club, and holiday club. We have an on-site chef that prepares our meals from fresh groceries considering all dietary requirements. Our nursery is purpose-built to accommodate each child’s individual needs in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment. At Adorable Steps Day Nursery, we aim to ensure that all children reach their full potential with support from our caring staff. We work closely with parents to ensure children’s seamless transition from their daily home routine into the nursery.
Our day nursery is open all day each week and all year round- from 08:00 am - 06:00 pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
Our Facilities
Adorable steps indoor and outdoor facilities are carefully planned to give your loved ones that homely, exciting, and serene environment that they truly deserve. Our room is well planned to accommodate children of ages two to five with easy access to the outdoor play area. At Adorable Steps Day Nursery, we understand that this is a crucial stage in a child’s development, hence we strive to provide an environment that is safe, stimulating and nurturing for your child.
Since we understand the impact of outdoor activities on social and mental well-being of children, we have taken the time to invest in a well-resourced play area. The nursery outdoor play area is well resourced with toys which includes climbing frame, slides, sand pit, and activities to help them socialise and build their physical abilities. The outdoor play area also gives our children the opportunity to explore and learn about their natural environment.
Butterfly Group
Butterfly Group: This is our preschool group designed to cater for the nursery oldest members from age 3-5 years old.in this group, we start to prepare your children for reception class by engaging them with activities that promote independence, problem solving skills, communication, and ability to work with their peers.
Similar our Caterpillar group, the daily activities in this group are carefully planned to support every child’s individual needs within this group. In this group, we start to prepare your children for reception class by engaging them in activities that enhances their learning such as
· Outdoor playtime and physical activities that promotes your child gross motor skills.
· Socialization opportunities that encourage children to learn to work and play well with their peers.
· We encourage our children to be independent and support them in building their confidence
